2008 saturn vue wipers do not return to "home" when I turn them off> Any ideas on how to fix this?

When I have had trouble with V-belts squeal or serpentine belts the belt is loose need to adjust tension or tension pulley bad. Belt wore and needs replacing or some of the pulleys are dragging while rotating or turning, could be bearing for pulley going bad.
Check belt is tight, look of high wear a lot of cracks in the belt. You can try loosening the belt and turning the pulley which will turn and see if they odd sounds or stiff to turn.

Hello: If there is a problem in the ABS it will bring on the tcs light as well. To determine what is causing the problem you need to have the ABS checked with a scanner to get the code. Then trouble shoot the components that the code leads you to. Normal braking is available with the light on but TCS is not as it relies on ABS for functioning the TCS.

2008 Saturn Vue rear wiper blade: Pop off the cover over the bolt that comes out of the rear window. Unscrew the nut. Now you can remove the assembly. Give the old wiper a tug and pull it out. Snap in a new 11-inch wiper. Replace the assembly, bolt and cover.

any auto parts store-even wal-mart sells the wiper blades they are a standard length and clip into place most auto stores can assist u as how to put one one--prices run from cheap $ 3.00 to extreme condition $10.00

there are two motors ,one runs the front and the other runs the rear. check the connection at the front washer pump sometimes it gets dirty and doesnt make a good connection, if the connection is good and clean then replace the washer pump, here a picture of it. hope this helps
