The 4-wire sensor is for vehicles rated as Ultra Low Emission Vehicles. If you have a 5-wire connector, your vehicle isn't ULEV. NTK is the brand installed at the factory and that's the brand you should use. Go to rockauto.com and you can buy it there if your local store can't get that brand.

SOURCE: L/B illuminatted after replaceing the O2 Sensor

I will try those and see if it works for my 2003 Elantra. My ECU fuse is blowing often as well. I initially suggested to my son the fuel filter. But of course why listen to a woman.

SOURCE: Hynudi elentra engine code P2626

P2626 - HO2S Pumping Current Trim Circuit/Open (Bank 1 / Sensor 1), Go ahead and replace the first O2 sensor in the exhaust system coming off of the cylinder head. Soak it with a good rust penetrant and you will use a 7/8" or 22mm wrench to remove it. Let me know if you need anything else.

Question edited for clarity to get rid of all the abbreviations.

The code P2626 won't go unless you do some corrective work to the Heated Oxygen Sensor and associated wiring.

PO-139 I had that sensor change 3 weeks ago and the check engine light came on again this morning. Thanks

Probably replaced a good sensor. This codes could be from a bad sensor, a vacuum leak, or an exhaust leak before the sensor.

Check engine light is on and i got error code p1133. what is that?

Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1
- Vacuum leak
- Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 harness is open or shorted
- Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit poor electrical connection

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) activity for 90 seconds after closed loop operation has begun. The PCM determines if the front HO2S is functioning properly by counting the number of HO2S-1 Lean/Rich (L/R) and Rich/Lean (R/L) switches.

If the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) determines that the front HO2S did not switch enough times, the PCM will set the P1133 code.

replace the o2 sensor

My car engine light is on and the problem code p2626

I'm about 99% sure this has to do with a faulty O2 sensor. This sensor is usually located around the header of your car, or down more on your exhaust. Try disconnecting your battery for 30 mins, hook it back up, and start your car again. This will erase the error. See if it comes in again.
