More than likely your headlight switch needs to be replaced. The switch (lever to flip between Hi/Lo beams) are made of plastic and after many miles they wear out.

98 regal low bed don't work but the high beams do....????? HELP ME PLEASE

Turn on the low beams and check to see if you have battery voltage at the connectors, if not, check the fuse panels for a blown fuse, if all the fuses check out Ok, The next step is to check the high beam switch, called a multi-function switch on the column. It's not that common for the headlight switch itself to fail, however, the main connector to the headlight switch can and do fatigue, sometimes even melt due to a poor connection. I would check for that first as it is a common problem. Your wiring diagram will give you the wire color codes so you know which wire to test.

My low beam headlights do not work as daytime running lights or manually with the headlight knob pulled out . The high beam headlights however do work if I have the knob pulled out all the way with the...

Check out your fuse associate with the low beam headlight, secondly there is a relay fuse under fuse rely box under the hoos. Locate this box, and locate the relay fuse associated to the low beam. You can rotate the relay with another relay of the same spec to see if the low beam lights are coming on. I would believe that it is a fuse that is blown, check your owners manaual on the location of the fuse box. Usually it's located in the driver side kick panel.

The low beam headlight on my 2001 buick regal ls wont turn on, but my high beams do.

It could be the low beam lights have gone bad. It is very possible for only the high beams to work, by themselves. If they won't turn on check fuses.

Low Beam Drivers Side doesn't work ... low voltage,

Power for the headlights on the Left side (High and low beam.) comes from the same fuse... The ORANGE wire and the ORANGE/BLACK are the same, they connect in the harness. If you only lack the 12v to make the light work connect them at the headlight assembly.

If your low beam also lacks ground the Left low beam ground is shared with the right low beam ground... Run a wire from left low beam DARK BLUE to right low beam DARK BLUE/WHITE.

If its not working now then your cursed, seek a witch doctor.
