Most German type Hella lamps are removed from inside the hood/bonnet with a quarter turn twist, and then pull straight out, remove the wiring connector first and see which way it gives when turning gently. Replace your lamp with the proper replacement from OSRAM. They make more improved versions than the OEM includes with your car. Hella uses OSRAM/Sylvania (USA) bulbs as std.

get a retore kit for $25 at an auto store.

yes hella makes a h4 bulb retrofit kit. It includes new housings the use a replaceable h4 bulb. then purchace a hid h4 kit and install. I got th hella kit from summit for around $50 and used xtratights kit its a direct plug in no cuttting needed

Depends on how you want to have them come on. On a switch you just control you would have the switch control a relay that is supplying power for the fog lamps. If you want them on all of the time find and ignition wire to conrol the relay for the lights.
The common thing in both of these systems is a relay. You must put one in the system. The fog lamps will draw to much amperage for a toggle switch.
