2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7l

I just had my engine replaced with another 4.7l from same year truck. I understand that even if same year, could be differences in engine. Well when engine finally installed, had oxygen sensor unplugged. Started. Turned off. Started again and ran rough. Plugged sensor in and wouldnt start. Given error 113 which all we had was for oxygen sensor. Bought new one. Truck starts now. But as im told, has no idle or low/rough idle. I guess i'm trying to figure out what could possibly be wrong or what to look at.

Code p0113 is for the intake air temp sensor. It probably did not get plugged in during the egnine replacement. That will not cuase it not to idle. I need more information for that concern.
