2002 pontiac grand am has 2 service engine soon lights the one on the right comes on and goes out periodiclly

Usually one is a service vehicle soon and the other service engine soon. They are different. The service vehicle soon is telling you the body has an electrical issue and the service engine is telling you you have a powertrain issue.
