The ABS light is on because you have a code stored in your ABS module. It is a good idea to bring it to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem. They can tell you precisely which wheel sensor is bad or which ABS component is faulty. There is one wheel sensor at each wheel, directly over the exciter ring at each hub. If you want to scan the code yourself, you will need a Ford Super Star II tester or an equivalent scan tool to access the ABS system. Take a look at the front and rear ABS notched rotors, and make sure they are not caked up with debris, oil or dirt because the sensors read these notches.

The car was running ok, and then it would just cut off. Turn the key to start it again and it would just make a clicking sound. Then we jumped it and it started up and has since then???

Is that reading with the engine on or off? If the engine was not running, it's just a bit low, but should still function. If it was running, then there's a charging problem, and the alternator should be tested.
You really need to have a computer scan done for the stalling and the brake light being on. There will be diagnostic trouble codes to help you or a tech find the problems. By pbs, do you mean the abs- anti-lock brake system?
You can do a little investigating by making sure the battery cable connections are clean and tight. A loose or poor connection can cause all kinds of problems.
The driver's window is a separate issue. The only way to find that problem is to pull the inner door panel off to see if the motor is bad, or a wire to it from the switch is broken or pulled loose, and in rare instances the switch itself may have a malfunction.
All the weird things may be traced back to a single problem, or it may not. But get the scan done first and go from there. Good luck.

Hi The Indicator lights on my A6 stay on

Which indicators? You mean the turn signals? If so it's your hazard relay - built into the hazard light switch. Get a new one at the dealer or from www.ecstuning.com, change it out, and you should be good to go.

My abs light stays on and tc light stays on

Hi,
Change the switch - it's above the brake pedal. That will probably account for the ABS light and the brake lights being stuck. Note that you may have more than one ABS issue, and if the light stays on you'll want to have that system scanned by someone with the proper test system for that reason.
