The ignition coils are built on the spark plug boot. You have to take the plastic cover off thats on the valve covers. The cover usually says V8 four cam on it.

SOURCE: where are ignition coils on 92 lexus ls 400

this model have 2 ignition coils, over the upper center front of engine below black plastic cap , and other on left side of engine over the air conditioner compressor.

Sometimes just does not start, will attempt to turn over, but shuts off. could it be problems with fuel line?
It could be, however the first thing I would check is the Ignition Coil and spark plugs. The spark plugs may not be getting enough power from the ignition coil or they themselves are faulty.
