Are you asking where the actual fuel pump is? You will need to remove the back seat and you will find an access panel. Remove it and there is your fuel pump. The actual relay for the fuel pump will be in a box under the hood marked fuel pump. Let me know if this helps.
The fuel pump relay is part of what's called the ECM control relay. It's a very large gold-colored relay with about an 8-pin connector behind the driver's dash. Unfortunately, the service website doesn't have component locations for vehicles this old. If I recall correctly, it's bolted to the inside of the a-pillar behind the dash.

The fuel pump is located in the tank. Unfortunately, if that's the problem, you'll need to drop the tank to replace it. You can access the electrical connector at the rear of the fuel tank, however, to see if you have power and ground.
