I have a 2oo1 grand caravan with a 3.3 engine. It misfires on #2 the plugs are new and also the wires. When I pull the #2 wire there is no spark when running.I believe it is in the coil block.

if you cleared the code - fixed arc and checked their are no more arcs - and keeps coming back then problem can be a burnt or carboned valve --lifter -push rod --piston
Misfiring can be cause by ignition coil,spark plugs,wires,engine valve,cylinder compression,
if it's a quad four then crack around the ignition coil. there is 2 coils like 1-4 coil and 2-3 coil
first check spark plug color or foul of gaz

Dirty fuel injectors. Computer will show misfire on the cylinders that are malfunctioning. If injector cleaner in tank won't clean them, pull them all out and have a professional take them apart and cleaned. Each injector has a screen in it that can get plugged up. Think about Bro, all other stuff has been renewed.
2005 CARAVAN 3.3L.
Van misfires, code says coil three . change out with new a cam sensor , injector, wires , plugs and of coarse coil. What is left and why would the pcm just have a problem with # 3.
ps i checked the compression and all six cylinders have 165. lbs.
