I here this guy is pretty good, http://www.anthonyses.com/ But he only does cash from what I'm told. Good Luck. Finding someone who can actually work with electronic at component level anymore is a real challenge, most guys are just parts changers.
have you tried disconnecting the battery cables? if this does not work, a CD may be stuck in it! You will have to remove the changer and open it up to remove the cd!
If you are getting power to the unit and you hear it clicking and making a sound when you hit the eject button, the this means that a CD is jammed in the track and while it was changing it got stuck and now causes you to see an ERROR message. What you do is while hitting the eject button, wiggle the CD MAGAZINE up and down and side ways. This will cause the CD to fall into place and your magazine will pop out. KennyV
If there is a small hole near to the eject button press on it using an office pin to reset but if not present while switching on slightly tap on the sides to see if the jammed cd comes off.
The fault with many changers getting jammed- most of them- is that some CD's warp off inside the slot and gets struck while the vehicle is moving with the track changing. Normally even with a good suspension the cd's can get off tracked.
So if there is no result open the cover and move the mtor manually assistingg the CD to come back to the cartridge slot.
Now check all the CD's and remove suspected ones.
If the changer does not work make sure that the loading motor flexible strip is connecting . check continuity,
Or else check board for any cracks or connection issues.
Make sure cd changer is recognised on display on dash using mode on radio. This means it has power and correct connection.Next hold eject button on changer and insert credit card under cartridge, move left to right .This will locate micro switch and release cartridge.
Usually if you disconect the battery leave for few minuets and then reconect it it usually spits the cd out as the unit resets itself saves a few 100$ hope yhis works if notbthe mechanisem in the unit has gone you will have to strip the cd player down to get your cd back
