I have had similar problems. The P0302,4,6, and 8 could be the ignition coils, but may be a faulty alternator. I had replaced one ignition coil, but only found out that the alternator was bad. I still have check engine and VSC light on. When I put the key in the ignition and the panel comes on, I can turn the VSC on and off, so the switch is OK. I know I am adding info--hopes it helps someone. Good luck

Timing belt is a bit stretched. Time to have it replaced. Toyota has to be dead on the money, when it comes to the timing marks. I done several of them and you have to add extra pressure to the belt tensioner to make them run right.
