SOURCE: radio
First check to see if the fuse to the radio is burned out. Then check to see if you are in fact geting power to both the radio and the radio memory. There are two power wires going to the radio unit. One is always hot the other only when the key is on. If all of these things check out to be good you have a burned out tuner in the radio. It some times happens when the voltage is more than 12.5 volts.

Have your charging system checked. I had a similar problem with a chrysler van - the lights would brighten and then dim periodically. it turned out to be the battery.

To remove the radio, you have to remove the bezel (the finished plastic) around it. There are screws you need to remove (probably torx heads). Once you remove the screws, you should be able to carefully pop the bezel off - there may some spring clips holding it.

What you need to do if you cant find the code in your owners manuel is unfortunately contact a Chrysler dealer who will be able to look it up for you. If you can find it somewhere in your glove box or owners manuel use the radio presets to punch in the code and the radio should work just fine
