1998 ford escort fuse box diagram

I am trying to locate the correct fuse for my interior dome light , chime,trunk dome light and radio. i popped a dome bulb in trunk and all of these went out.

    I removed fuses looking fan fuse after replacing the fuses the radio and cant work out which fuse might be in the wrong placeand clock would not go

Chilton's Manual- but if you have a multimeter, check continuity on the fuses while they are still in block. This is the quickest way to do it.

My trunk light, dome light, side mirrors and radio isn't working. I checked the fuses they are all okay and I checked the light bulbs they are okay. I have a 1999 ford contour
There's an accessory relay get your manual for locations or buy a book you can try Ford owners .come register then download your manual then go to roadside emergencies and the power distribution box and fuse box diagrams are in there if Ford go back that far give it a shot

My sister has a 2000 chevy cavalier b4 the door chime and the interior dome light worked now they both dont, we replaced the bulb and fuse to no avail and I have no clue what's wrong with the chime.
the chime actually is done with the radio. the front drivers door speaker. so if the radio works and the front left speaker works. then more then likely you have a defective door switch. located in the door jam that controls the dome light

look at TAIL ~ 15 amp blue fuse

this is inside the passenger compartment, not the one in the underhood bay

I have a 2002 ford escort zx2 I replaced the battery 3 days ago and my radio still will not turn on ....and sugestions ??
Locate your fuse boxes or boxes, usually in the interior and or trunk. Locate the ciruit fuse that the radio is on. Check it to see if it is blown. If the fuse is good, you have to get behind the radio and check to see if you have voltage going to it. Test light will work for this. If there is voltage then, your Radio may be bad!

Check the fuses in the fuse box inside your vehicle, use owners manual to locate the fuse panel(s)(there is another one under the hood of your vehicle, it's called a relay center), and either use a test light, to check your fuses, or inspect visually....if not the problem, take to your dealer/mechanic and have them look into it...

2000 Ford Tarus fuse box diagram. Power windows, Dome light and trunk light are not working. Itried to disconnect the trunk light.
Read your owners manual. Fuses are located under the drivers side of the instrument panel. The Power distribution box located under the hood next to the battery also contains fuses. Under the covers is listed what each fuse is for.

1998 escort zx2 dome light stays on when switch is set for door; all other indicators, chime for key in ignition etc seem OK. Light works normally in switch on and off positions.
It should stay on for about 30 seconds and go off. Otherwise, the car is 11 years old, so find a switch position which does not drain the battery.
