Not knowing which fuse is for the fog lights I believe I would have to check all of them. You could be having a problem with the switch or the wiring. I notice on the video above your headlights have to be on for your fog lights to work. I would check the wiring to the fog light plug and check for voltage. I would also check the wires on back of switch and see if you have voltage from the fog light switch.
I just had to change the connectors to the horn on my Chrysler 200 because corrosion/bad connection.

Yes, or possibly bulbs, or a loose ground.

Ryan, Does the fog light indicator on dash light up when you pull out the fog lamp switch? Also, Are you aware the fog lights won't work when high beam is on?

Pushing the switch in or turning it to OFF
or AUTO will turn off the front fog lights (this is for the front)

Check your instructions with the fog lamps, I believe you will need to take your car to a dealer to have them activate the fog lamp driver in the Totally Integrated Power Module.

It's on the headlight switch, pull out the end. You'll see the fog light icon on the instrument panel.

First I would check your fuses to ensure none are blown, second as long as your switch is wired correctly for the headlights and not the fog lights and is rated for the voltage and current capacity it should work just fine, third get an electrical test light pull out a bulb and test when the switch is on to check for power.

Sounds like your multifunction switch (i.e. the stalk that has the fog light switch) has burned out. This is a fairly common problem and the multifunction switch needs to be replaced.

The part (as I recall) costs < $100 (about 80, I think) and takes less than half an hour to replace.

DID YOU TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS, AND THEN ~~PULL~~ OUT THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH? THAT IS THE ONLY TIME THAT THEY WILL WORK. WHEN YOU TURN OFF YOUR HEADLIGHTS, THEY GO OFF AS WELL, AND WILL NOT TURN ON THE NEXT TIME UNLESS YOU, AGAIN, ~PULL~ THE SWITCH. HOPE THAT HELPS!
