Well, ive solved my own radio problem LoLz! On my 1996 Acura Integra LS-S the serial number is located on the back of the radio. The dealership told me to bring it in and they will remove my radio for $9O. That's ridiculous. If you can remove it yourself then you save ninety dollars. Or just do what i did...I squeezed my lil a** under the steering wheel and peeked behind the indash thingy where the radio is held and with a flashlight i was just barely able to see the serial number. I dont know if the serial numbers are all the same for all the makes, models and years like mine. But heres what i got. The serial number is: PH22481 the code for the radio is 26162. I called my local Honda dealer and gave the serial number and they gave me the code over the phone. If it doesnt work try disconnecting the battery for about 6O seconds and try again. Good luck and i hope this helps. FOR I FINALLY HAVE MUSIC!!!! YAY!!!
Great idea! The dealer said the same thing about removing the radio for $100 to get the serial number. I looked behind the dash to see the serial number on the bottom of the radio, but for me it was on the passenger side. I used my phone to take a photo (lit it up with a small flashlight to get focus), which was good 'cause I'd misread one of the characters when eye-balling it.

I have the same problem. Ive had my car for almost 3 months now and i have been riding around without any music. Unfortunately i cannot afford to buy a new stereo nor do i need to considering that my the one i have is very well in good condition. I hate driving without any music. It makes me crazy cuzZ i drive early in the mornings and catch myself almost falling asleep behind the wheel. If i had something to listen to i would definitely stay away for my long drives.
