When i start the car it idles ruff and dies sometimes the check engine light is on. It dies while trying to drive when you let off the throttle.

My friend, you seem to have fuel problems. the honda have an electric fuel pump inside the gas tank. it maybe old and does not develop enough fuel to the injectors that explains why it conks out.
first replace the fuel filter, it maybe clogged that fuel cannot flow anymore. if it still conks.
check the fuel pressure at the fuel filter it should develop 32psi or more. otherwise, replace the fuel pump.
the worse is that your injectors are contaminated with FOD, you have to replace the 4 injectors.
