Look on page 215 of your owners manual and it lists out most of the information you are requesting. the B signifies an oil change and several other inspections of the vehicle. The 2 indicates replacement of air filters and inspect drive belts. the 1 indicates a tire rotation. The 5 indicates coolant replacement. The 8 has me confused. Make sure that it is not another number like a 3 or a 4.

The engine has not shrunk. Your pistons have been seized due to overheating. There is a fix. You need a new or rebuilt engine. Sorry there is no other fix.

There is adjustment nuts for the cables under the cover on the park brake lever, You may be able to adjust them, but more likely the cable to that side is corroded and needs to be replaced.
