p0152 is bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor code...make sure it was plugged back in or sensor may need replacement or you may have damaged the harness. p1564 is for the automatic speed control device basically the same possibilities with this circuit.
If is is only smoking when you first start it up. Most likely the valve guide seals, oil is leaking into the cylinders and smoking when you start it up.

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
Drain the cooling system.
Remove or disconnect the following:
Negative battery cableIf equipped, engine coverOn 2002-2006 Maxima, air duct and air cleaner caseOn 2002-2006 Maxima, drive beltsWater drain plug on water pump side of cylinder blockLower radiator hoseWater inlet and thermostat assembly
To install, reverse removal procedure
Install thermostat with jiggle valve facing upward.
First thing I would do is make sure you battery cables have a flawless connection. I had a Honda with a similar problem. I changed the battery cable and it all went away. Like magic. Sometimes these can be a simple fix.
