When accelerating, the car vibrates and shakes, drops rpms, and feels like a misfire, also most of the time it speeds up and down while in cruse control. Along with the drops in rpm, when pushing the accelerator it seems to bog down and makes a loud "popping" sound... I do not think this pop is a backfire but I do not know, i do know i can feel it in the gas pedal though... 6inches above and to the left of my foot and 1foot into the engine bay area........ is this a camshaft sensor issue or would a tune up solve my problem?

Most likely cause is spark plug wires shorting out under load. Loose, or damaged.

This is not a do it yourself project. It sounds like part of the front suspension has broken loose. It is possible that it is a wheel bearing or a drive shaft. Anytime you dissamble the steering wheels, you stand a good chance of losing control after you put it back together. This is one where a trusted mechanic needs to get involved.

I suspect that you need to change your inline fuel filter. This filter blocks junk from the tank and if the sediment builds up in the filter say about half way, it still allows some fuel to flow at low RPMs, but when it is reved, then the fuel pump pressure forces the sediment in the inline filter towards the outlet and blocks fuel flow. When the car sits for a few minutes, then the sediment settles back toward the bottom half and fuel at low pressure can flow again.
