I am not a Cady expert. In my experience, you can probably run an engine with out the air pump ... but why would you? The air pump reduces emmissions and improves performance. Removing the pump will also require reconfiguring the belt scheme.
I would have the abs system check out, this could be a combiation of things. Most likely is due to a faulty wheel speed sensor but to determine which sensor is at fault will require a scan tool capible of scanning obd I abs systems
Hello: On the passenger side, Behind the glove box on top of the heater case is the Body control module, From underneath (passenger side) along side of the Programmer is the Engine control module. There is no one main ECU. This information applies to the sedan devilles with the 4.9 engine

Cadillac's have an automatic leveling system using a small compressor
and air adjustable "shocks" to provide that BEAUTIFUL ride quality
that they are known for. The computer has detected a fault in the
system and is letting you know. It could be a faulty air line, bad
shock, or a blown fuse. I hope this will give you a starting point if

heater core may be blocked u may have to disconnect and attach a garden hose back and forth at each end to free the blockage if your able or replace the core
