My 2000 camaro was not starting. i was able to jump it but after turning it off it wouldnt start again. so i bought a new battery and still nothing...so i went to go get a buddy to help me pull the starter but wen we got back to the house the car started and ran fine all day long. than today the car doesnt start again. wen u turn the key on all the lights and everything come on but wen u go to turn the key over there is nothing. no clicking or any noises at all.??????

Hi, chances are you have at least one bad battery cable. Check them with an ohm meter. If you have any resistance in your reading, say above 0.02 change your cable. Hope that helps.
You may have a defective starter solenoid, this is the common symptom, a click and no engine turn over. Have a shop diagnose this before any parts are replaced but i feel sure the starter solenoid is the problem here. The solenoid is mounted to the top of the starter motor which is bolted into the transmission's bell housing.
Sounds like an antitheft problem I would start with the antitheft system. Usually when you only have one key all keys have to be programmed together even the original. When you have more than one it is easy to program additional keys.
if all it does is click with a new battery it is not the alternator because all the alternator does is charge the battery i would take the starter or selinoid off if it isnt built in with the starter and have it tested the same as you did the battery
