Here are the torque specs for the flywheel and clutch plate on a 2003 Kia Spectra:
Flywheel: 78 - 80 ft-lbs (106 - 112 Nm)
Clutch plate: 19 - 21 ft-lbs (26 - 29 Nm)
It is important to follow the torque specs carefully when installing the flywheel and clutch plate, as over-tightening or under-tightening can cause damage.
Here are the steps on how to torque the flywheel and clutch plate on a 2003 Kia Spectra:
Install the flywheel and clutch plate.
Use a torque wrench to tighten the flywheel bolts to 78 - 80 ft-lbs (106 - 112 Nm).
Use a torque wrench to tighten the clutch plate bolts to 19 - 21 ft-lbs (26 - 29 Nm).

Check for leaks.
If you are not comfortable tightening the flywheel and clutch plate yourself, you can take your Spectra to a qualified mechanic.
I have been working on cars for over 40 years and ASE certified and have never used torque specs on a pressure plate or Torque convertor I will put a breaker bar and socket on the harmonic balancer bolt on the front of the engine resting it up against the frame you should also use blue Loctite on pressure plate bolts then tighten them up in a star pattern be sure to have alignment tool in in place so the clutch disc is aligned in the center pressure plate the specs for tightening bolts are PFT
The torque specifications for the flywheel and clutch on an Opel Astra 1.4L 2012 with the A14XER engine are as follows:
Flywheel bolts:
Stage 1: Tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft)
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 70 degrees (or 2/3 turn)
Clutch pressure plate bolts:
Tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb-ft)
It is important to use a torque wrench to ensure that the bolts are tightened to the correct specification, as over-tightening or under-tightening can cause damage to the components and affect the performance of the vehicle. Additionally, it is recommended to use new bolts when installing the flywheel and clutch to ensure proper torque and avoid any potential issues caused by worn or damaged bolts.
