What kind of motor oil do i use - 1992 Honda Accord

Depends on what engine you have.
2.0 HP Zetec SVT Focus 5W-30 motor oil all others 5W-20 motor oil.

some say, it's good to have high oil pressure. but it is abnormal to the system. does it means there is restrictons from oil gallery that makes the oil pressure go high. any kind of motor or engine needs change oil. you had manaul recommending,when you change oil and what kind of motor oil you're going to use. change your oil filter too.

ENGINE OIL

You will need to use a 10W-30 grade engine oil, such as any of the following Mobil products.
"Fully synthetic" oils are more expensive. Conventional oils or syn blend engine oils are fine for the vehicle but need to be changed more frequently.

5w20 or 5w30 penzoil or better grade. Mobile is preffered.

This may be due to a bad trany cooler inside the radiator, if its engine oil then it may be a bad intake or gasket, first detremine what kind of oil motor oil or trany oil.

10W-30 for gasoline engines
15W-40 for Diesel engines

motor is 10 w 30 and the transmission is Dextron II
