First thing I would do if you haven't already is replace the bulbs. You may want to have one bulb out and see if anything happens with a multimeter when it's in reverse. You most likely will need two people for this job. Most likely I would guess either a fuse, or your neutral safety switch is to blame. The fuse would most likely be the turn/bu fuse. The neutral safety switch is about a 20$ part and fairly easy to change.
Thanks,
Lee

I have a 1995 jeep wrangler and it won't go into 4x4 so i was wondering if it could be my tranfercase vacum switch my 4x4 light does not show ether and it was working fine over the winter

that would be the first thing i would look at, check to make sure all vac lines are connected at actuators and switches, indicator light wont show until actuators have locked

1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L Fuel Pump/Check engine light

Could be one of several items...I'd check the fuel pump relay, auto shutdown relay and the ignition switch itself. I'd bet on it being one of those relays but, we all have been fooled at least once!!! I'd also make sure that body and engine grounding is good and clean. Relays can't work properly without a good ground.

How do i remove a starter from a 1995 jeep wrangler

Raise vehicle, disconnect negative battery cable. remove two nuts and wires holding cables with approx 3/8 socket. It will probably be metric.

Then remove two retaining bolts holding starter. remove starter
Reverse procedure to reinstall.
