You will need LT 245/75 R16 Tires. I'm not sure it's absolutely required, but you should make sure they are E rated or 10 ply. This is especially important if you are carrying heavy loads.
This information is listed in your owner's manual and on the driver's door post. But in case the placard is missing and you do not have an owner's manual, the OEM size is dependent on the size wheels installed. The correct sizes are:
15" - 215/65-15
16" - 215/65-16
17" - 215/60-17
If you want to know the correct tire size for your vehicle. Open the drivers door and look on the edge of the door under the latch. You should find a data plate that will tell you size of tire for your van and proper air pressure for front and back tires.
it is possible that the wrong size tires are on the vehicle or possible a strut or shock is worn check the manual or dealer for the correct tire size and match them to your van and try opushing down on the fender on the side that seems to rub three times and if the car bounces for more then a couipple times it is probably a broken shock or strut
According to a dodge salesman, the spare tire cover is big enough to take a full size tire. Folks who pull trailers want full size tires so Chrysler made the cavity under the front seats big enough for one. Still, I expect it will be a pain to pull a full size tire out from under the middle of the van.
