Hi, there is a lot of stuff running on that fuse, so it may be hard to diagnose. If the fuse blows right after starting the truck, you may be able to find the short by unplugging things, putting a new fuse in, turning the key on, and then plugging things back in until it blows. Check for any wires resting on the engine or especially a hot exhaust manifold for a wire with burned insulation. Below is the diagram for the main things powered by that fuse. These include the coil, the injectors, the crank sensor, and the PCM itself. Perhaps one of the injectors has shorted. If that were the case, the fuse would not blow when the key is turned on but only after the truck is running. If you have an ohmmeter, you could check the impedances of all of them to see if one has a lower impedance. Does the truck run at all? What engine do you have? Is the engine light on? The diagram is for the V-6, but I think the wiring for the fuse is similar in the other engines. If it runs OK for a while and then blows the fuse, I would not blame the coil or the crank sensor. Let me konw what you find out.

2003 Chevy s10 the cluster fuse keep blowing on contact I took out the dash cluster and radio and all of plugs on dash cover, unplugged the ecm and still blows out I think there is a short

Please confirm which fuse is blowing. Is it the cluster fuse, the ignition fuse or both? From what you wrote more than likely the harness out of the fuse box is shorted somewhere. With everything plugged in, does the engine crank, start and run? You can look around the engine, behind the gauge cluster and around the steering column. But if find nothing then you may want to consider either investing in a Power Probe short finder #PPECT3000 $123. This kit only has the short finder. The master kit #PPKIT03 $250 (is what I have). The newer master kit #PPKIT03S is $194. I recommend this last kit if you have the money and think you will use it in the future. Its great for 12 volt circuits, not low voltage circuit boards. It does not do everything. Other wise you may want to sent it in for diagnostics. Write back if there is anything else.
Good Luck.

20A ACC/cig fuse, 40A fan fuse (AC) keeps blowing on 05 Sebring.

Disconnect the cigar lighter and see if the short goes away, I will bet it does.

1993 Buick Roadmaster keeps on blowing fuel pump/ecm in-line 20 amp fuse. Car stalled out in a parking lot, would not start, no fuel. Changed fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay. Found fuel pump/ecm...

Sorry to say it could also be a faulty ECM. The ecm uses circuit boards to provide grounds to a bunch of components and can short out internally.
Most of those components can fail and cause the same problem by causing a short "thru" the ECM. Things like injectors, O2 sensors, and so on.
I doubt you will find the problem without a book and some test equipment.

The A/C relay is in the glove box behind a panel that indicate relay. There are three relays in there, the middle relay is the fuel pump and one of the out side relay is for the A/C compressor and the other is for the third brake light. Just can not remember which out side relay is the A/C so just swap the out side relays with one another. Good luck and hope this helps. Keep me posted.

1996 GMC 1500 Pickup. Keep blowing 20A ECM-B fuse. Replaced Ign Mod,Coil,Cap/Rotor & pickup. Any Ideas Out There? Afraid to go any futher...dont want to ruin these new parts!

if you keep blowing a fuse there's a good chance it's not a faulty part but a short in the main harness most likely under the dash where all the connectors tend to get brittle over time and short out constantly. also check the ecm connection there is a 60 pin type.
