2009 subaru impreza 2.5i will not go into reverse or park the AT Oil Temp light on ABS and Traction control lights on

The traction control uses the ABS wheel speed sensors (1 on each wheel - usually in the wheel bearing assembly). The speed sensor is for your speedometer. Do you have an ABS light on too?

I have the same problem!! What did it end up being?

From what I have read the flashing cruse light is to get you to fix the problem. Any cel will throw the cruse light and cruse will not work. Get your abs checked out and cruse will work again when fixed.

you have a dry joint or damaged wheel sensor, and the only way to find it is 1 at a time until you find it, these lovely little items effect all your problems mentioned

I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM BACK IN AUGUST. GO GET YOU TIMING CHECKED I DID NOT AND I BLEW MY ENGINE. SUBARU TOLD ME I "OIL STARVED" THE ENGINE AND DID NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN ON THE WEB THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASION. LONG STORY SHORT I GOT THE CHICKEN AND EGG STORY WHAT HAPPENED FIRST TIMING WHEEL BREAKING AND CLOGGING THE OIL OR OIL NOT RUNNING PROPER AND THE TIMING WHEEL BREAKING. NOW I HAVE A CAR SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY WAITING FOR A TEN THOUSAND YES TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR ENGINE. AND THREE MORE YEARS OF PAYMENTS

Hello SUBY brother, you need to report this to your nearest Subaru authorized service, particularly since your 09 model car is under manufacturer warranty

You're under 3yr/36k mile warranty SUBY bro (we've got an 05 legacy 2.5i) take your car to Subaru Service......

ABS and traction control really are only for panic stops and if your tires slip on wet surface's and yes each tire has a sensor on it. However if the brake light comes on this has nothing to do with the ABS or traction control lights. It's not a parking brake light. This light tells you, you have a serious brake problem.

Your best bet is to go HERE and signup for a free account then Downloading your Manual - service sheets, diagrams, parts lists etc.
Hyundai is one of the best with providing their customers with free information about the vehicles!!
