In reply: if its not the maf there are 2 relays in the relay box i belive its underhood, 1 primes the fuelline to 32psi the second kicks in after it starts, and keeps it running and varies the psi. if the primer relay isnt kicking in then it wont start due to no fuel

Need to know how to clean a mas air flow censor on a ford econoline van 91

I don't believe this year model uses a mass air flow sensor, but a map sensor . but to clean a mass air flow sensor, you have to remove it from the sensor housing, then look at the wires in the sensor, then take a cotton swab with alcohol on it and very gently rub the wires with it.

92 Camaro 5.7 engine, multi port, with new pump and good regulated pressure. Won't start without priming intake. Fire's after waiting a few minutes, won't start. How to know if EGR is problem or maybe...

EGR wouldn't do it. Thinking mass air flow sensor of intake air temp sensor,no codes?
There is no priming injector on that ,it just extends the pulse width of the 8 others,
Have to scan it ,see if the manifold air temp is right, possibly just clean the mass airflow hotwire with spray cleaner,if you pull the maf and look at the little wire in the center,if it's coated with a white substance ,try cleaning it .Same with the manifold air temp sensor.

I changed the mass air flow sensor, car still don't want to start, when you disconnect the sensor car starts give it gas it runs great, when you still have car running and hook up sensor again and give it...

is the sensor new?
check the wire from the very root of the air mass sensor wiring to the sensor its self.

it sounds like either the air mass sensor is at fault or the wiring is touching somewhere.

ABS light and check engine light is on. Not stock engine by a long shot. recent. cam, mass air set up, th350 trans, heads, headers, pipes etc. o2 sensors have been replaced. Does the computer need to...

I have a 95 Trans Am myself, with a worked 383 lt1 with full bolt ons. etc Your using the factory tune with that setup? While the check engine light might not be on because of the factory tune i would strongly suggest at the least, getting a mail order tune, and if you can, a dyno tune. You're not seeing the full potential of your setup the way it is now. Are you using an aftermarket mass air flow sensor? The stock mass air flow sensor flows plenty for most setups. Aftermarket sensors can cause driveability issues and many suggest staying away from them.
Are you able to scan the computer to retrieve the codes? It's impossible to diagnose the check engine light without knowing why it's on.
