Change the relay inside under the glove box, that should solve the problem.

I have a 95 grand Cherokee 4.0 the climate control and info center are not working at all, I have lights to the buttons but no display at all. I have checked all fuses everything is good. Whatis wrong

ok why not say drivers demand
here its 86f and hot.
but do you want heat or cold
sounds like ATC auto matic climate control options
where it has a dial for spec. temperature:?
if the display was dead. id check power to it\
12vdc. fuse that look good can in fact be BAD
checked fuses means what.
we use a meter to check them
so if power is present on the display controller
then its bad. if no 12vdc there, the fuse or wires to it bad. for electronics to work ,need power and ground,at least active. see the ATC SELF TEST?
th e book is free see ZJ jeeps. all is there
chapter HVAC.
Chapter 24 , wiring is 8w.

why not read that.
JEEPJX
PCM is baD ONLY WHEN inputs good, and its outputs are bad.
(and outputs not shorted) !!!
(same or all computers on earth)
lose of power to PCM or ground
or bad power.(weak, or intermittent)

engine bay next to Air cleaner.

to diagnose any car, a real scan tool is best.
or you will need a full lab of meters and scopes. like me.
the scan tool show up things the keyon/off trick does not.

Where is the horn relay located on a 95 jeep grand cherokee?

On my 95 Jeep Cherokee Laredo, the horn relay is in a compartment under the glove box. Open the glove box and remove the three screws in the front on the bottom. Take the plastic cover out and you'll see a bank of relays. The horn relay is the one on the far left, closest to you.

2002 jeep grand cherokee 4.0 6 cyl. cooling fan

Likely a bad relay. Check in the power distribution center under the hood. pull the relay out. Check #s on it, they are probably the same as on another one. If so, plug the other one in it's place. If fan problem ceases, replace the relay. Don't forget to put the one you removed back where you got it!
