The bulb holders are the smaller,usually white, twist locks directly above the large black headlight cover. It's tucked under the cross bar the bonnet catch bolts to. If there is no bulbs in there you will need the orange coated ones. If none of the indicators work check the fuses and the relay as well. Go to autozone and ask them to put it in for you..lol or o'reillys. Youd be surprised at how much they will help you if you ask, It would be hard for me to tell you how, but under your hood on each side of your radiator, you can probably see back of headlight. Mercedes has a cold start valve to spray extra fuel to assist the ignition when the temperature is cold. This is the problem with the cold start valve is not opened when it needed. There are 2 possible causes:
1- The valve is bad.
2- The coolant temperature sensor is bad.
The valve part is expensive and labor is not cheap. The first economic way to address is to replace the coolant temperature sensor. This sensor gives a different resistance reading as temperature changed. When it is bad, it give an erratic reading at cold temperature so the ECM could not recognize to give a signal to open the Cold start valve.

well this is not easy unless you make a accessby removing anything in the way,or just take the headlight out ,How did you manage to open the bonnet as these vehicles from around this year started using a sealed bonnet that only the dealers can open with a special electronic key that uses rolling encrypted software.
