Pull You Negative battery cable And Wait At Least 30 Minutes Does That Help? Also May be an issue with your key or security system.need to check grounds to battery and firewall to motor, Have you hooked a scanner up to it yet? (More Info)

remove the radiator cap and let the car run for 30 minutes to let the air out of the heater coil, these radiator caps on the 2008 Impala will not bleed off, while running notice if air bubbles air slowly rising to the top of the radiator cap, re-install cap and see if this fixes problem, we also purchased a new radiator cap, this fixed my wifes car.
