Remove the lower right silencer panel. Remove the electrical connector, it is plugged into the resistor. Then replace the resistor. Since the blower motor works on high speed it is most likely the resistor.

Heater won`t work at 1,2,3 settings, it only works on #4 setting (chrysler, sebring 2003)

sounds like a blower resistor. usually it is on the passenger side under dash near blower motor and hvac box. the resistor add resistance to the circuit to slow the blower motor, if it is inop then you only get high speed.

Air condition blower switch works only on high on my 2000 chrysler sebring jxi

You most likely need a blower motor resistor it reduces the amount of voltage to blower motor but is by passed on high speed

Switch on a/c only works in the 4th position, not on 1,2 or 3

Sounds like you have a bad blower motor resistor. The resistor is located near the blower motor under the passenger side of the dash. The resistor uses a series of resistors to drop voltage which makes the blower run at different speeds. High speed bypasses the resistors and allows full voltage to the blower motor.

1998 Chrysler Sebring JXI Convertible Blower Motor Not Working

Sounds like it in the switch or the electrical plug at the switch. The electrical plug could be burnt and need repairing or replacing. Need to remove the dash fascia, Careful not to damage clips. If the cover has no visible screws or bolts, then it clips into place. Unbolt heater controls and pull contol forward. Not a fun job but with patience you should be ok.
