Trying to find the location of the starter

disconnect the battery
locate starter and correct sockets to remove starter bolts, and wiring to starter. proceed to unscrew part

it's probably behind the grille or behind one corner of the bumper or the other in front of the front tire

starter on same side battery on,, but before you remove that hot wire off the battery

The radiator fan relay is located below the left front headlamp module. The headlamp module must be removed to access the relay.

If it starts when you turn the key several times most likely the starter is going out. Usually you'll get just a click when turn key on 1st or 2nd try but after trying it 3-4-5 times and it suddenly engages then the starter is the most likley culprit.
This is located on the front side of the engine toward the radiator in most cases. You did not mention which engine it had.

If you are looking for the fan blower resistor, it is located behind the glove box. No tools need to get to it and a nut driver to remove the 2 screws to replace it. A 20$ part.

240cpa is right.dodge caravan does not have a heater control
valve and coolant constantly crculate in heater core . use the temperature contorol on instrument panel if you notice no change in heat your blend door in heater box is not moving . and as 240cpa mentioned make sure the t stat is not stuck open.

Its a solenoid pack, not like a starter solenoid that you may be used to, so be very sure you know what your doing otherwise you may be walking soon. I believe it's on the side of transmission, driver side, with wiring harness attached & covering it. You might be smart to visit an auto recycler & see one with tranny out before you proceed. At least that way you know what your looking for.

The oil pressure sensor is Located On the base of the OIL FILTER. Near the starter motor.

DISCONNECT THE BATTERY, JACK UP AND SUPPORT YOUR CARAVAN. LYING ON YOUR BACK LOCATE THE STARTER WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THE ENGINE THROUGH THE BELL HOUSING .THERE ARE TWO 15 MILIMETER BOLTS THAT HOLDS THE STARTER ON . AFTER BREAKING THE BOLTS A 15MM WRENCH WOULD BE USEFUL.
