in the fuse box? just saying on the cover of the fuse box eithr one under the hood or in passenger compartment there is usually a diagram look for wpr/wsh.
Believe it is fuse no. 17 but go to bing.com and type in 1997 lexus Ls400 fuse panel. There are many diagrams there and you should be familiar with what your panel looks like.
should be located under driver side dash under a panel, on some models they are lined up underneath the hood in thin black plastic boxes that usually have fuses/relays etched into them
Sounds like a major fuse blown. Any wiring disconnected or stripped near the pump ? Have you checked the major fuses around the battery and underhood fuse box ?
the fuse for the cig. lighter is a 15amp fuse,its located under the streering wheel,on the left side,its under there,you'll see a black box wit the fuse indicators on it.
