Hello, our Oldsmobile sihlouette 1999 is having some buzzer issue coming from the rear right wheel well. Very strange. just started last night. iT is an alarm sort of like a busy tone on the phone. My husband is very handy and we have consulted a couple other handy friends and noone has ever experienced anything like this in a car. Any ideas??

Does the noise only occur at or above a specific speed? I'm hoping for your sake that one of the plastic fender liners or under carriage covers have come loose and are flapping in the wind or against the wheel when you pick up speed? If a tight turn instigates it then my thinking is that the dislodged cover is caught by the wheel at full turn (the clunk) and then flaps and rubs while you drive?
Hello! Yes a defective Camshaft Positioning Sensor (CPS) can cause what would appear to be erratic shifting due to incorrect timing...clarify what you changed? Is TCS, both of them a typo? The Throttle Positioning Sensor (TPS) may also be involved...Give me the exact P code...

Have you had any help solving this problem? My mechanic replaced the entire steering wheel and key. Now my car won't start because it thinks it is being stolen! HELP
this issue sounds like a grounding issue, teh main clue being everything gets dimmer. sometimes an additional ground is a faster repair than finding and resolving under dash issues.
This issue will likely NOT be battery or alternator.
Love the right rear tire clue, and it should not be related..
