Hi and welcome to FixYa!
If you feel that humming noise then it's definitely a worn out wheel bearing. It is connected on the wheel hub. You will need to remove the CV (constant velocity) joint to gain access to the wheel bearing. Have it replaced to get rid of the humming noise.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

You must replace wheel bearings in pairs to avoid loading the old bearing and, in time ruining your new bearing hub it is possible that you have already damaged the new hub

it may be just sound of uneven wear of tyres

Could be either a loose belt or you are low on power steering fluid,or the power steering pump could just be worn out.

When you turn right - you're taking weight off the right wheel.
If the noise dissipates - the passenger side wheel bearing is most likely to blame.
Thanks
