Check the rubber hoses to the sprayers. If they are on the hood they can come unplugged when you open it. Have a friend work the sprayers as you watch for leaks. An old toothbrush can be used to clean spray nozzles by scrubbing over the hole.
This means your windshield wiper fluid pump is good - just one of the spray nozzles is clogged.
Or - the hose from the wiper fluid reservoir to the nozzle is clogged/cut...
If the clog is ice, warm the engine to clear it, and use 50% commercial wiper fluid to 50% water
to prevent future ice clogs - in summer, water alone is ok (but wiper fluid is less streak-y)
Unclog nozzle with tiny copper (steel is too hard) wire(s) - like small telephone wires.
If you try to use a toothpick, try not to break of the wooden tip in the nozzle - its a sure clogger.
To isolate problem, disconnect the hose from the nozzle and operate the wiper pump - if wiper
fluid spurts out of the hose, you know that the hose is good and the nozzle is clogged.
If no wiper fluid flow from the end of the hose, then your Cav has a wiper fluid hose problem.
