Question about 2001 Toyota Echo
Yes there is a fuse inside the car drivers side fuse panel.check the one under the hood driver's side and one under the dash where the radio is

do you have a owners manual? this will show the location and the purpose of each fuse and relay. the radio fuse should be red in color and be located in the fuse panel on the drivers side it is a 15 amp and is red in color... hope this helps you...please rate this thanks

There are two fuses for the radio...RADIO No. 1 and RADIO no. 2
RADIO No 1 is under the hood in the engine compartment fuse box
RADIO no. 2 in in the fusebox under the dash, on the left side of the instrument panel.
