get the serial number of the radio (you can google how to do this and i did) and just call a local dealership and tell them the problem and tell them you already have the serial number (thats why they want you to come there) and theyll tell you the code over the phone.

You may need a new O2 Sensor, but that isn't
why it won't start.

when it comes to hondas. the crank shaft pulley bolts are standard thread, which mean "righty tighty lefty loosy" THEY ARE ON THERE EXTREMELY TIGHT!!!!!. i myself have broken many air guns and breaker bars. your best bet would be to take it to a shop and let them break there tools.
