Car will not start was running good but started to smoke a little and then I pulled to the side. I open the hood a belt was loose and look antifreeze was on top

Coolant on the belt is from the hoses that connetct to the radiator. if the belt is loose, get a new one. replace the belt and hoses. refill coolant and car should be fine. you may have other problems so check the pulleys also

Sounds like you have a broken belt that runs the alternator. Usually when the battery and brake lights come on it means the alternator isn't charging. Either that or the alternator burnt up.

Check to see if the serpentine belt is broken or has come off the pulleys. One belt runs the power steering and water pump. If the belt is broken or has fallen off, it will need to be replaced.

Turned car off...sounded like it's trying to start w/o keys

This is called run on,or dieseling ,there maybe a timing problem,or the vehicle is running to hot,the temperature is to high,it may not be cooling good,check the temp of the engine,if it is too hot,then the cooling fan may not be working,or thermostat maybe staying closed.If the vehicles throttle is staying open to much,this could be the problem also.
