Car will not start was running good but started to smoke a little and then I pulled to the side. I open the hood a belt was loose and look antifreeze was on top

Sounds like a bad heater core

Are you sure that it is not steam?

remove belt and spend all pulleys. Inspect belt flat spots

Probably blew the seal in the power steering pump.

Sounds like you have a broken belt that runs the alternator. Usually when the battery and brake lights come on it means the alternator isn't charging. Either that or the alternator burnt up.

Check to see if the serpentine belt is broken or has come off the pulleys. One belt runs the power steering and water pump. If the belt is broken or has fallen off, it will need to be replaced.

possibly timeing belt. how many miles on engine? check owners manual for frequency of timing belt replacement.

This is called run on,or dieseling ,there maybe a timing problem,or the vehicle is running to hot,the temperature is to high,it may not be cooling good,check the temp of the engine,if it is too hot,then the cooling fan may not be working,or thermostat maybe staying closed.If the vehicles throttle is staying open to much,this could be the problem also.
