When my cars goes forward at a slow rate there's a loud cowbell noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. when i go faster the sound gets faster and softer when i go slower it gets louder and slower. i went in reverse and the noise goes away. Please help im stumped on this one

It could be several things, and I'm going to assume that the vehicle is front wheel drive.

First possibility is the constant velocity joint on the driver's side is worn out.

Second possibility is the wheel bearing on the driver's side.

As to the shaking at 70+mph, you may have an alignment problem, or some issues with the suspension components on that side of the car.

Does the noise get worse when accelerating from a stop, and turning, at the same time?

driving home, i noticed some metal clunking sounds coming from the front driversside. at ... hmmmm....if it's grinding, then probably a bearing.

You know the left is bad, so why tells us

The brake wear is from not doing brake work
often enough,no rust removal,no lubing of of
any moving parts

The right side was basically rusted & frozen in place
& not releasing,the repair shops don't do much in that

Take brakes apart once or twice a year

One wheel turning faster than the other is normal if both wheels are off the ground. If one wheel is dragging when the other wheel is on the ground, it could be brakes or a wheel hub bearing.
Usually if the noise happens on right turns, the left hub bearing is failing, and vice versa.

It is probably your wheel bearings. Although, it is possible that your CV Axle could be damaged.

Wow that sounds like a wheel bearing about ready to be replaced. Have a service tech check your bearings.

You should have the drive axles checked. Also Wheel bearings. Are there any vibrations or pulling?

sounds more like a brake wear sensor. The inner pads wear faster than the outer, so if you are checking pad wear, be sure to look at the inner pad. If you just had brake work done, one of the anti rattle clips on a pad may be contacting the brake rotor.
