Simple fix i've done several of these cars. Remove all 4 coilpacs,
inside there are 4 connectors, take a needlenose pliar and twist the
connectors JUST SLIGHTLY reconnect with dialelectric grease and you are
good to go!
i used to replace plugs and coilpacs till i found this simple solution

twisting the connector. works like a charm!
IF IT IS A RANDOM MISS YOUR CATALISTIC CONVERTER COULD BE BAD.IF A SPACIFIC CYCLYNDER IS MISSING COULD BE BAD SPARK PLUG OR WIRE.IF MORE THAN ONE CYCLYNDER IS CONSISTENTLY MISSING COULD BE COILPAC.
First of all, make sure the ignition switch if off. Then you remove the ignition coil electrical connectors from each coil pack. Then you number or label each spark wire so you can put them back in their original location. Then remove all spark plug wires from ignition coil pack. Then remove the ignition coil pack, four mountain screws and remove coil pack
They are usually bolted down with a 8mm bolt. Remove that bolt, unplug the connector and pull out the coil pack and boot. Some Fords you'll need to remove the fuel rail to get the coil packs out.
With the battery light on, it is leading me to think alternator not charging the battery. If you can get it started and running, take it to Autozone and have them test your battery and alternator (free test, they bring the machine into the parking lot to your vehicle). Hope this helps.
