I cant remove passanger side valve cover on my 2002 crown vic. I got the drivers side but the passanger side is under all of the air conditioning stuff on the fire wall.
You need to jack that side of the engine up. take the right side motor mount bolt loose then jack the engine up from underneath. be sure to use a block of wood or somthing so you dont bust the oil pan

yes its a blender door accuater some are vacuum controlled and some electric, and ther is a heater control valve under hood on passengers side tward fire wall ,its in the heater hose line.
Most high current circuits are usually found under the hood in the power distribution panel. The box is easy to find since they tend to install it close to the edge of the car fender for easy access.
