When you open up your fuse panel the back side of the cover has a list of what each of the fuses do. Sometimes it can be a little vague however , so if that happens its a simple thing to just pull them one by one and visually inspect them to see if they are blown. A blown fuse will have the little wire in the middle broken.

If your trunk release button is electric, and not working because you need to turn the key to give it power, remove the button and use a piece of wire to jump power to it from the battery. This will get your trunk open! (don't forget to have a spare key made)

If you will open your trunk, you will see a round handle lever you pull on to release the seat. There should be one on each side. They are located near the top of your trunk.

What year is your SE-R? if is newer that 2001, just go to a Nissan dealer and have a cheap key made for you so you can open your trunk. They can get your key code for you. If the valet key is the only key you have, then you may want to get another key made for your car. Your key may have a chip in it that will have to get programed to your car for it to start. But if you get a cheap key, then it can open doors, but will not start the car.

get a portable jump starter.it really a portable battery with cables and attachments.if you have a cigarette lighter.remove lighter.plug the cable into the cigarette lighter.it should give you power to open trunk.
