DRL module likely burned out. Just left of glove box latch hidden. Clean your battery terminals. I hacked my burned one with a single jumper wire from the only constant hot power input (greenish if I remember right, third pin over from one side) to its closest neighbor connection on the board (or the big solder ground anchor blobs) and pulled the high beam light bulb because that then stays on. Lights are now off, system finally hacked OK except for no high beam indicator. (Hi beams, lights all still work by the switch.) I haven't checked if lights are on automatically during the day yet.

Headlights on 2005 corolla won't turn off at all

Pull up your emergency brake just enough to where your brake light on your dash comes on. If this changes anything or even doesn't change anything then let me know and I'll look further into your issue. These are just some of my trouble shooting steps.

I have a 1990 sx corolla the car won't start the reds on the dash don't even appear but my headlights work and the blinkers the battery is fine and i just changed the altinator what else could

If the warning lights do not come on and the car will not start, I would guess the key switch has failed or a major fuse is blown.
I would check the fuses first, then for power at the key switch.

Running light go out but parking lights remain on in 2001 corolla

My '00 Subaru has a separate switch on the steering column for the parking lights, I never use it, but the lights will stay on with the key off. Look for a separate switch. If you find one ask the dealer for your $ back

It the multi-function lever (turn signal) . When you pull back the handle ,this turns on the high beams headlights and indicator on the dash.
