Stalled my car stalled at a light and started back up the second time it stalled i had to wait a hour 2000 E 320

You have a bad air intake manifold gasket. If it runs idling high, take a can of brake cleaner and spray it on the air intake manifold by the firewall. Spray it right where the air intake bolts on. There are 8 10mm bolts or nuts there. When you spray it while idling, the revs will come down. This makes sure that is the problem before you go any farther. My 02 did the same thing.If you need to know how to change it, let me know, I can walk you through it. It's a one to two hour job, b ut easy

Try your spare key.It could be that the primary key you have been using needs to be reprogrammed,which can be done by contacting a dealer.Turn the key to the "On" position in order to reset the pass lock system.Wait for fifteen minutes with the key in the "On" position.If the security light disappears, turn the key to the "Accessories" position and wait for a couple of seconds.Turn the key to the "Off" position and take it out from the lock cylinder. 2010 Silverado after rain or carwash truck dont start, lights on but no crank, i unplug the negative of the battery , wait a min, put it back on, starts fine, sometimes shifts weird, shuttoff than start again, runs fine. could be there a electric part like a modul or relais under the windshield or in the fender what cause this? not happening when its dry. need answers

COULD BE BAD GAS OR A STOPPED UP FUEL FILTER.

OKmheres what i did and it worked- 1-take battery out and charge fully 2-Put battery back in car but put positive battery cable on first-dont tighten up yet 3-put negative battery cable on battery dont tighten yet 4-wait 2-minutes 5-take positive cable end off,ho;d in hand 5-take negative cable end off battery ,hold this in other hand 6-now hold both cable end together for 30-seconds -now put battery cable back on battery-make sure you put Positive cable back on First,then negative cable next-tighten both up-Now go see if dash lights are on-then it should start!! if not,repeat cable procedure

THIS COULD BE A THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (T.P.S.). IF THIS GETS WORSE THE WARMER IT GETS YOU MIGHT ALSO WANT TO CHECK YOUR COIL(S).

Have you tried to start it when it got cold?

mcdevito75 Here, It"s possible the ignition Module is going bad, no way to test and if so, one day the car will not start at all.----------It can also be a vapor loc, wher the fuel is evaporating before it reaches the cylinders. Best Bet, have your local shop check both these items.
