My bros 2009 model had issues with the player too.. he bought some manual from a website somethng like reliable store i guess. manual was really cool, tho. was of help more than once
You will need to have the radio reset or checked out at the dealer.Ther could be a cd stuck in it.Or the radio/CD player may have be on when the battery power got to low.
There should be a fuse in the panel under the left hand side of the dash board. It would be labled cig ltr or assy. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer, thanks.
using a test light touch each side of all the fuses one at a time lift seide then right side of fuses. if power on only one side then bad fuse. this fuse should be the same as the radio or acc fuse. also check power to the back of the socket as this connection sometimes burns out.
