it could be the actual motor burnt out or siezed wich is causing the fuses to blow and the motor is under the bonet just below the windowscreen near the top vents.
Check fuses, front and back wiper motors run on different fuses. Test for power and ground at front wiper motor wires. If you have power and ground there your wiper motor may be toast. Good luck
there is a clip under the blade where
the arm that goes through the wiper blade is a tab that you need to press toward the arm until it releases
look for a tab.
