Your wheels are balanced with a small metal weight before being put on your vehicle. This may have come off one of your front tires. Low tire pressure can also cause front end wobble. Front end misalignment is another cause. Tire damage, like striking a curb can cause front end wobble.
You need to have your tires checked for a slipped belt, also if you get a shake in the steering wheel when you apply the brake you need to have the brake rotors re-surfaced or replaced.
